Every material asks the laser a different question. We answer them with three xTool machines tuned for what each surface needs.
Baltic birch, walnut, maple, oak. Engraved, cut, and finished with Rubio Monocoat.
Polished edges, clean cuts, frosted engraves. Cast and extruded, layered for depth.
UV depth-mapped relief work and crown glass. Optical, considered.
Anodized aluminum, stainless, brass. MOPA fiber for color, depth, and contrast.
Vegetable-tanned belts, straps, and tooled goods. Names, monograms, custom marks.
Memorial keepsakes and natural stones. Quartz, slate, river rock. Hand-finished.

Solklaste is run by Matt and Natalie out of a small workshop in Tempe. We started it because the things we wanted to give people did not exist. So we made them. Then friends asked. Then strangers asked. Now this.
The name is a quiet word. The work is a quiet promise. Every piece passes through both pairs of hands before it leaves the bench.
